Our capabilities include non-structural demolition of spaces within a structure in preparation for reuse and upgrading of the space. When M&C completes an interior demolition for tenant fit-out, we take special care to see that all disruptions to surrounding tenants, businesses, and foot traffic are kept to a minimum. We conduct interior wall removal, divider/office space removal, ceiling removal, and floor demolition, as well as removal of any items left behind by former tenant. All materials are disposed of through hauling to off-site locations for legal and responsible disposal or recycling when possible.
